The ancestry and distinguished YORUBA GENERAL ASSEMBLY has issued a statement out to the Oke Ogun born socialite and philantropist Chief Sunday Adeyemi known as Sunday Igboho on his recent plans on Oduduwa Nation Rally.
The President General Jagunmolu Oluwatosin Tomori Willoughby MCON, J.A.A in a Press Statement issued and signed by his SSA on media and Publicity to journalists in Lagos.He stated that his statement will not be over looked and therefore warned him not to plunge the Yoruba Land into wars.
The President General emphasized that Yoruba land is peaceful and such plans will only attracts unrest and wars in the land.
The noble Assembly believes in the Unity, Peace and Progress of all Omo Oduduwa where ever they reside nation wide.
Yoruba General Assembly resolved in its emergency sitting to hold Sunday Igboho responsible should anything happens in Yoruba Land.
” We must take our lessons from the fruitless and disastrous Igbo Civil War that spanned for three and half years led by the Igbo war lord Odumegwu Ojuku.We don’t want war in Yoruba Land .We want Peace.” – President General.
